When do I need multiple licenses?: On standard plans, each distinct application needs a license. We define an application as a system that shares one production database, regardless of how it's divided into subsystems or services.
What does 'unlimited nodes' mean?: There isn't any limit to the number of staging or production servers you can deploy to, provided they are running the same application.
Can I purchase licenses for both Elixir and Python?: Yes! Purchase separate licenses for each platform, or email us for a Universal Pro license that covers both. Multi-platform purchases receive a 10% discount, which stacks with yearly billing for up to 20% savings.
How is Enterprise pricing determined?: Enterprise agreements cover a bundle of applications sized to your organization. Pricing scales with the bundle size, your procurement requirements, and the support your teams need.

Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly?: Yes, you can upgrade directly from your account page. We'll credit your remaining monthly balance toward a discounted annual subscription.
Do you have a discounted or free plan for open source?: No, there aren't any discounts for open source applications. Oban itself is entirely open source and free. Pro is a means of supporting Oban's development.
Is there a free trial?: No, we don’t offer a free trial. You can review the features in our documentation before subscribing and cancel at any time if Pro doesn’t fit your needs.

What is encrypted source distribution for Python?: Python Pro packages use encrypted source tied to your license key. Tokens last 30 days, and may be refreshed on a daily basis. This only affects installation. Running code works indefinitely.
Do you offer support?: In addition to community backed help on the Elixir Forum, license holders may email us directly for technical support and receive preferential help on the GitHub issue tracker.
What does Enterprise Support include?: An initial configuration review, a private Slack or Teams channel under MNDA, prioritized support, and video calls to triage Oban issues during US and UK business hours.
